The act of collaging is primitive, versatile, and deeply personal. It is an embodiment of the
process, starting with one idea, or one image and not knowing where you’ll end up until
be creative is to be in a constant flow of discovery, learning to manipulate a medium yet
submitting to its
capabilities. My iPhone XR took me on one such journey.
This series of photographs may seem like a display of tireless Photoshop editing, but in
is a single, unedited photograph that incorporates real-life and digital artefacts. Using
and augmented reality (AR) technology, I’m able to create abstract and multilayered collages
with unknown yet
exciting results. It is with the discovery of new technologies such as AR that allows me to
experiment and have fun making art.
